It will overwrite WICO's female body/faces, however CBBE bodies blend terribly with some NPCs (18 year old bodies on 80 year old grandmas). I ended up using WICO + UNP + Mature Skin instead (loaded in that order) which is fully compatible and the most realistic body out there in my opinion. WICO has a bug, so make sure you get the fix.
