Feb 16, 2021 · Just completed some renovation work in my house and replaced the front door. Had to remove entry sensor, motion sensors (x3) and the keypad. Contacted Simplisafe asking if they could provide me replacement adhesive and they said they were out of stock. Suggested I go to a hardware store and just pay for them. The best step would be to remove the sensor from the SimpliSafe® Mobile App and then add it back to your system. To remove your Entry Sensor: Open the SimpliSafe® Mobile App on your phone or tablet. Choose My System from the bottom navigation bar. Select Device Settings. Tap on the sensor you wish to remove. Choose ‘Remove Device’ From the photo, it looks like this should be fine.
