It looks like the only way to do this is to change the TITLE_ID, otherwise all the game's versions will use the same 'dev_hdd0/game/<TITLE_ID ...There was a change in V10790 that broke it. The game was downloaded as an ISO file, so the only way for me to install it was to extract all the contents of the ISO into the precise folder which RPCS3 wanted to have it in, named with the matching ID#. So I did exactly that. The title of the game shows up in the list of available games when RPCS3 starts, so it is being detected.
