The COMAT is a joke compared to Uworld in terms of question difficulty. The only thing that makes it hard is the vague and poorly worded questions and bizarre topics they’ll test you on. I think I had like 5 rheum questions and had to guess on 3-4 of them.

I would recommend Rosh for EORs and Uworld for final PANCE review. Uworld has longer questions better for building time management compared to Rosh IMO.
