Newbie. 09-22-2016 12:11 PM. I switched to T-Mobile a few months back using the plan where they pay off the rest of my bill. I didn't realize that I still had to take a few more steps to complete this and I found out that I still have an outstanding bill with Verizon. I have had this outstanding bill for a few months now.
