Not every 1D7 shred will fall into every FMC model, they will align as follows: Q can contain A, B, D, E, R, F, and C shreds M can contain A or B shreds P can contain K or Z shreds W can contain A, B, D, E, R, F and C shreds Training is basically non-existent now for OJT as well. Can't speak for 1B4 life, but I know they get way more training and resources than everyone else. RF shred can be useful, I got a pretty good civilian job, but for 1D7 your best bet is Cyber Transport, gets you Sec + cert and networking is a great civilian trade. 1D7 is comm.
