I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Shadow Aero 750. The specs say the fuel tank capacity is 3.7 gallons. The reserve is .87 gallons. That leaves 2.83 gallons available before you have to hit the reserve. I assume that the 3.7 gallons is when the tank is filled to the top.
