I immediately called t mobile about this and they sent me a new 5g cellspot which also doesn’t work. Both cellspots cannot connect to the internet. I called AT&T, my ISP, and made sure the proper ports were open. There are three products T-Mobile offered under the Cellspot name, a router, a booster and a femotcell. The router and the booster are no longer offered by T-Mobile. The femtocell has a V1 and a V2. I've had a V1, and it was replaced with a V2 a couple of years ago.
