Hi all, I used to do the Illegal monitors detected mission quite a lot because they pay a lot and were super fast to do even tho boring. However, since the last update they have been seemingly buggy most of the time. The workaround for this and what fixed that problem was to close completely steam so it wont run in background. Hitting Tab will ping, V will enter scan mode - which isn’t a ping, it lets you target a specific target and scan it. Ping will not work in scan mode I believe. That ping thing worked in previous versions, but it’s automatic right now. Rocks will just show up when you get close enough. Signals that appear closer should be flown closer to and investigated, once you get a gem marker, then switch to scanning mode in the ship and perform a scan on the rocks to see type of gem.
