I thought it was a good time to share my experience at 1.0mg so far, and my plans moving forward. So after my big loss at week 11, my weight loss slowed down significantly. In week 12, I lost 0.2lbs. Week 13 was 0.8lbs. Week 14 was better, at 1.6lbs, but then I saw a light increase the following week, up 0.2lbs at week 15.
