As far as I know now, with the exception of the smallest and least populated parts of the country, every FedEx hub now runs 7 days a week.

I quote FedEx to Steam Store Support, as FedEx accepts full responsibility of the package as being lost and gave me a case number and told me to "contact the merchant." Valve gets back to me and says "they have reached to the warehouse and will update my ticket." This was more than 4 days ago.

Just gotta have your tracking number & a ID to receive it, and the location you pick can hold it for 7 days. just go to FedEx's website for instructions. What they do is bid the routes out and whoever comes in the lowest gets the route.
