Any signals that are over 4000m will NOT be the small gem deposits and can be ignored. On the site, clear your cookies then make sure you set the login time. Leaving it on the default of 'pick a duration' causes the authentication to fail. If that doesn't work, switch it IE/Edge or Firefox and do it there. That always works for me.
