Remove the 2 caps, the one on the radiator and the one in the middle. Remove the screw from the intake manifold. Fill the system from under the seat until coolant comes out of the intake. Put the screw back in and tighten it. Then continue filling until coolant comes out of the radiator. Reinstall radiator cap.

Disconnect your battery, unplug the reg/rect. and connect your meter (set to ohms) red lead to any of the three wires that go to the stator, black lead to frame ground.
