Fuel pressure should be 49 psi +/- 5 psi at idle. If engine runs but pressure is below 44psi , check for a kinked fuel supply line somewhere between fuel rail and fuel pump module. If line is not kinked, replace fuel pump module assembly. You could take them out and see what happens. Just my 2 cents, When I first got my jeep on 05, I primed the entire frame with Rustoleum primer and Rustoluem professional paint. Came out really good, and still holding up today. Dirt and mud wash right off. The primer is pretty heavy.
