I measured the same as you, 7 w 4 days when I went in for my first U/S. I had been bleeding for two weeks so was expecting the worst. Was relieved to hear a heartbeat! However, my sac was really irregular. It looked like the shape of a bottle. I have to wait 3 weeks until next ultrasound and the waiting is awful.
