Best approach is a fast Jawa Eng loaded with speed set and as much speed secs as you can get. Scav should have a ton of crit chance. All jawas should prioritize health/prot after that. Use Jawa Eng TM/crit special to give remaining jawas 100% tm. Nebit taunts, Scav uses his basic to gain stealth.
Vader's Cull wrecks her, but anyone with massive single-hit damage will do. If that doesn't work, put in a BH w/Mando team or Nihilus, and finish them that way. There's a few ways to go about it. I have been using Jawas as a Geonosian counter for quite some time. My 70k Jawa squad was capable of killing geo squads up to about 90-95k due to the thermal detonators placed on Enemy's that attacked out of turn or something along those lines. For my last couple grands areas tho there were no detonators placed on any units at all.
