I have used Vanguard and Charles Schwab. I would suggest Vanguard. I like Fidelity for retirement investing, and I picked them for a brokerage account as well because I could buy fractional shares of ETFs (only in their mobile app for now). So, I could buy in with any amount of money regardless of the price.
