A Model 10-7 can't have a serial number of C359288 (the B97447 is not a serial) because that C series number is from around 1956 which is before S&W model marked their guns. Check it again to make sure you have the numbers correct or that you have a model marked gun.The .38 Masterpiece target revolver was made from the late 1940's until 1982, then reintroduced in 1991 with a full lug barrel and made to 1999.
