Fandael is a good choice. Uthgerd (inn in Whiterun) as well. Their repetitive remarks can be annoying, but that’s the case with everyone. If you finished Dawnguard the Npcs there can also be steward. I turn voice level down when I have a steward so I don’t hear the same thing over and over again
Goldenhills plantation is great . however it needs it's own carriage, bethesda put in survival mode but never bothered updating the limited carriage system ... Having this problem now. 500 mods installed and it's the Bethesda verified creation club mods that crash my game. I think I figured out the problem. I saved before upgrading, saved the enchanting table upgrade for last like everyone says. It still crashed.
