Tulum is about one hour and 45 minutes from Cancun and then Coba is another 45 minutes from tulum. You can easily do Tulum in the morning and then Coba in the afternoon. I would not recomend trying to do Chichen Itza with Tulum because it closes as 5 pm so you wouldn't have a lot of time at Chichen Itza.
