You're right, it isn't 2. I forgot one drop. First drop I saw was arcane prayer scroll. In between that and my drop (dragon thrown axes) my friend got a dragon harpoon. So yeah, 3 drops. I usually raided in parties of 3-5. Nobody finished under 12k unless they died in olm (rare), I usually got 15-17k.
