Sellsword Twinblades got buffed in a recent update that makes them incredibly powerful. They're pretty amazing. Uchi is decent too. Lower stamina consumption compared to other katanas, and of course you can use it from early on. Whichever moveset you prefer is what I'd recommend. Hesitation is defeat.

Sellsword Twinblades build (help please) If primarily using Twinblades, Sharp infusion with stats at 40 DEX minimum. The list of stats above puts you at Level 106. all you need to do from there is keep bumping up DEX or any other needed stats until 125 which is the agreed upon stopping point by the community.

Raw infusion is the best at low levels, but Sharp gets better fast. The damage of your weapons is determined by the base damage of the weapon + the scaling. Both get better by upgrading the weapon. Scaling means how much bonus damage you gain through your attributes. Raw gem removes all scaling and raises base damage.
Though dark is generally the best for PvP. Blessed weapon only really works well on high damage weapons since it adds a flat 7.5% damage buff, whether you have 15 faith or 60 it's still the same.
