The 346 is a fairly high capacity baler and should be able to take a lot of hay. You should get a genuine JD shear bolt.... or several, don't use a normal bolt.I have had the pleasure of having baled more than a million bales with a John Deere square baler while fighting 100°F temperatures, flies, gnats, mosquitoes, bumblebees and varying crop conditions.
