Hit enter and it went to the folder where thinkorswim is installed. I clicked on the green icon for thinkorswim, the file name appears, the clicked "Open". Then the TOS name appears in the "Allowed apps and features" list: I clicked private and public check boxes, hit OK. Now it suppose to have the app allowed.
