I asked ResMed about this and was told only ResMed or an authorized repair shop has the necessary software to do so. I explained I repaired units to donate and was told I did not qualify. It is actually a good thing as if it was generally available anyone could reset the hours so one would ever never know if they were buying a new or used machine.
