Jan 6, 2022 · About DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza. Crust is very thin. Cheese and sauce sits on top of the crust very nicely. Pizza is well done which is so underutilized in the pizza industry. What’s a man gotta do to get a well done pizza. Back part of crust is different but still good. Cheese has such a good taste it’s undeniable this is a hit.
