Ffxiv audio cuts out.

I've tried updating all my audio drivers, gpu drivers, vsync on and off, tried different FPS locks, audio on my pc works fine elsewise. Only fix so far has been to turn the sound on my PC to max, and put SFX to 1, it only starts occurring if the SFX is set to 2 or higher. Specs: 2070 SUPER. i7-9700F. After the Endwalker update, my audio has been stuttering really bad, just constantly. Last night/early this morning I assumed it was just something to do with overpopulated areas and some minor system stuttering, but my frame rate holds at about 60. The problem persists (and perhaps is worse) in Dungeons and other instanced play.

So I just came back to FFXIV after a few months hiatus and for some reason about 10ish minutes in the game the sound disappears and the game starts lagging unbearably. Unfortunately no, if FFXIV's audio starts acting up the only way to fix it is to restart the client entirely. I'm not exactly sure why but the audio in 14 is a lot more finicky than in other programs. According to their website the Spacial Audio plugin needs a restart to actually work in the game.
