Pretty sure 2 bleed twinblades are better, but for the elden bling id run just 2handed. Going with the pole blade and peeler will result in overall more bleed buildup specially since somber weapons have a lower bleed buildup than normal weapons so the peeler would have more blood buildup than pole blade but work together well.
