Within the vanilla game you can gain more points for feats. Accumulate power stones and consume for feat points. Alternately, use power stones to learn from library the power tablet. A bit of RnG but well worth it because power tablet takes 5 power stones to make and gives you like 60 points to spend on feats. It is a bit of a grind but doable.

You will have the points to get what you need and some extra at level 60, but you will come up short on points if you learn every decoration and weapon. Finding and using Fragments of Power (kill bosses and loot chests in the Unnamed City) gives points. So there are an infinite number of points to earn and spend.
