If you have a 350 or 383 that is used for street and strip, and it's pumpin out a respectable 350hp+, then, also depending on how it was built, a 650, 700, or 750 will do the job just fine. Most generally, and all other factors being equal, a long stroke small block like a 383 will make better numbers with a 106 LSA cam vs. one with a wider angle ground into it. Your compression ratio is suspect if you intend on running that much camshaft. You really need 12.5:1 minimum to really utilize a cam of these proportions.
