So my loan was taken over by MOHELA from Fed Loan about 2-3 weeks ago. On Fed Loan I was at 114 payments and I was waiting for September to send my final ECF because the last 6 payments only needed Employment Verification. On MOHELA I was not able to access any loan info, it said information should be available 9/3.

My loan information and PSLF tracker have slowly showed up since then, although I'm still waiting on my qualifying payment counts. As a general side note, my studentaid.gov account is still showing a $0 balance and no loans with Mohela, so clearly things are still being processed (it should be nearly 100k).
Yay! Then, on Friday, my principal balance changes to 0 which seemed like maybe an indication of forgiveness. Double yay!!! Now, today, the PSLF tracker and all balance info has disappeared and I have the happy face with "your loan is in good standing" message. I have zero communication from MOHELA, and no idea what's going on.
