I redeemed 15 times for 3,000 total OW2 coins since 12/15/2022 (had a bankroll of like 8,400 Bing points), and basically earned 200 OW2 coins every five days while they were 1,800 Bing points per 200 OW2 coins. When I launch the game and the main menu open’s up, the shop/store is there for a split second then disappears. On the main menu I have Play, Heroes, BattlePass, but no shop/ store.Some VPNs are also offering malware blocking, ads/tracking blocking and safety browsing. So it could be possible that you are using one of those VPNs. The route through the VPN is blocking a tracking link which Blizzard uses before showing credits or shop data. Could be going via Google Analytics, Firebase, or any that is marked as a 'tracker'.Although Blizzard hasn't confirmed an exact end date for the current season, it's believed that Overwatch 2 Season 9 will end on April 9, 2024.
