I updated my MacBook Pro 14" (M1 Pro) to macOS Ventura after the updates dropped on Monday, yesterday I started experiencing intermittent flickering on the internal display, while being connected to my LG 27" 4K external display via USB-C, I have used this with Monterey since the day I got the device without any issues in the past, no flickering or anything. I lowered the refresh rate for the second screen (144 -> 60). I don't see the flicker any more.
