Here's an update on my previous review. Ordered my glasses on December 31, 2023, expecting the usual one-hour wait, but hey, stuff happens, right? Gave it a week, heard nothing, so I start calling the store. Left a voicemail, and they tell me someone will get back to me in 48 hours--pretty lousy customer service, if you ask me.
