So, for each playthrough, I have a different head canon about what happens both before and after the game, which I make part of my Exile's personality, and which helps guide me as I make choices in the game. So for me, the actual KOTOR 2 playthrough is the middle of my Exile's journey, sandwiched between a beginning and an end of my own creation.
