Any ideas on how to reset or fix? Turn the machine off and hold down 8 oz and 12 oz buttons. The descale light should stay on solid and not blinking and the big K button should be lit. Keep hitting the K button and run the water through in a cup. Keep repeating this and the descale should eventually shut off.
