Also when shifting from 4WD to 2WD it hesitates but after few yards it comes out with a load clunk. I have about 20 hours on it.

I've gotten one of their aftermarket Rapid Response clutches and the weights and spring are for a gas engine which tend to have a wider RPM range than a diesel. Also, make sure you get or make a clutch removal tool.The diesel weights will need to be shortened 1/4" to fit into the 825i clutch basket. These weights are hardened to the 1/4" stock removal will need to be removed with a mill or cut off wheel.
