Apr 25, 2016 · I do think that UGA has tried to imitate how Alabama refers to Greek life. This came straight from a third generation graduate of the University of Alabama who was also involved in Greek life. Old Row only refers to fraternities and NOT SORORITIES! It's original meaning started because of where the first fraternities were actually built on campus. i think bc axid will be new they will start from the bottom ofc, especially with soo many old row sororities at uga. but they are a very well run, tighter on the reigns organization. our brother frat is sigma nu idk much abt them at uga but it may count for something.
