So, I know there's a way from Mystery Lake to the Mountain Town. I've seen mutliple people say that its a rope climb leading up to a cave along the edge of the map of course, between Trapper's Cabin and the Unnamed Pond. However I've walked the route, twice, once all the way past the Unnamed Pond, where I'm now up behind the small cabin past the pond, and still haven't seen a rope climb.

Bring one from either BR or PV. Also learning the goat route from MT climbing area to Paradise Meadows area can be helpful. So that you don't have to bring the battery up the rope to Park Office. Loper is rough for batteries. There is a 1 in 100 chance any car can spawn with a battery on loper.

Lots of wolves and it's kinda far from everything. Even to go from the farmstead to Milton proper takes a few minutes and is infested with wolves. Imo it's one of the best houses in the game ambience wise but gray mother's house is in a much more convient location for a Milton base.
