I've seen the video about the Block by Billet Labs when it came out, and I was also aware, as most of you are, that the quality of the videos has been declining over the past couple of months, as well as factual errors that have been creeping in here and there.As reported by GN, I feel it was by far the most egregious mistake made by LMG. It also made Linus' initial response seem even more heartless. Now it's come to light that Billet Labs told LMG to keep the block initially and only requested its return after the terrible review (in many ways) changes the landscape massively, for me anyway.This video covers our serious concerns regarding the data accuracy of Linus Media Group, including Linus Tech Tips, ShortCircuit, and TechQuickie, particularly as it relates to rushing content out the door to favor -- by staff's own admission -- quantity over quality.
