Rivers of blood will hit harder, but eleonora's procs multihit talismans and bleed faster because it double hits per r1.. running r2 is real good also btw. Maybe level up a little bit first but see what it scales with best and focus on that. Uh 12 str 16 dex with Milicents Prosthesis 80 arcane 60 vigor 24 end 10 mind.

I am wondering to either use Vyke's Spear for a madness build or Eleonora's Poleblade because both of them look fun. I am leaning more towards the poleblade because of bleed procs being super good in PvP and PvE but I wonder how good it is against the average player in the 100+ bracket and how good it is in PvE compared to other blood builds.

Uhm Eleonora's Poleblade it's fantastic with an amazing (unique) ash of war, but if you want versatility then the Godskin Peeler. eleonora’s poleblade sucks. uchigatana and nagikaba are better bleed builds (with blood affinity and sepukku). godskin peeler is very situational, for example i only ever use it for the second phase of fire giant.
