According to their help section, in your manage card section you should see an option to view your virtual card. I don't have that option but it could be because I already have the card itself. you can't find it because you've activated the physical card. Dasher direct is where it is.

If you only have that problem at CF it's not a Dasher Direct issue. DD doesn't care if you use GetUpside you still get 2% back. Maybe you didn't have enough in your account for CF or they dont' accept that type of card that DD uses.
