Same build here, been using Moonveil up until now... Honestly its hard to replace... but Wing of Astel has a very competative move set, and the scaling and ability of Bastards stars is really good. Plus flails are good vs shields. Darkmoon great sward's ability is strong, but feels hard to hit imo.
