Use builder scrolls to speed things up when you get established. After you’ve got 20-30 void steel, redirect 2-4 structures to make Cosmic. Add more buildings to speed it up even more (I had 12 buildings making cosmic after getting a ton of material hoarded.) Hope this helped.
