For whatever reason (especially if it's really busy and there are a lot of people on the lot), the app tends to becomes less reliable at the actual store.
I've been using Alt-F4 (the general key combination to close any Windows app), and that works. But, that seems kludgy... I would much prefer a more "official" way of closing SG, such that it correctly releases its resources, closes its file handles, and whatever. Thanks for any help.
