Tech came by and did the migration today. Kept the ONT (Adtran 622v) from CC, called in and FF got it registered on their end. Service went from PPPoE to DHCP so I didn't use their Adtran modem/router and used our Asus AX86U. Fidium does not have a router to provide for speeds greater than 1 Gbps, they offer the service but not the equipment for 2 Gbps. I was on spectrum until fidium was available here, I switched for the better speeds. Also, Fidium's customer service is much, much better. I've been with fidium for over a year now and everything's been great.
