Cragheart is the best class design in the game imo, but since you're asking about a specific level range I'd say Scoundrel is the funnest to level from 5 to 9. That being said, even with his dull level up choices at that range, the Cragheart is fun to play at all levels (especially 4+), so the Cragheart is the funnest to play in that level ...
