Even if you max out grit and agility and gear up for as much stamina as possible you barely have more than a noob character. The result is that you really can't do much, especially if you actually try to go with a corrupted strength build.

This is the simplest way. You dont need much to keep max corruption. Corrupt your attributes - that will keep your corruption level depending on how many attribute points you corrupt. I normally do this to keep 20% corruption and if i need more, i typically am tp'ing around and hence will by have enough corruption.
