I’m thinking it may be coming down to either eBay or cloudy nights classified, but thought I would ask the experts out there that have bought and sold.

In both cases they wanted to issue a check, with extra shipping charges, and have a third party arrange pickup. I would have to forward them the shipping funds to close the deal.

On the other hand, moderated forums do work well, because the lower traffic, the absence of a sales focus, and the active presence of moderators makes posting some kind of garbage a losing proposition.
