My husband was driving and after the light came on, we were having problems taking off after a traffic light. He would press the accelerator and the engine would rev up like it was in neutral and the car would not move ...We had same issue with our 2014 LT and AC light would flash 3 times and then turn off. I also noticed our engine temp would flatline and would not give proper reading after driving for several minutes. I had to replace the ECT sensor which is a $20 part from Autozone. Once I replaced that all started working fine.It's blinking to let you know the fan is not on. Turn the dial one time or more to the right to engage the fan, and when you push the dial to turn on the AC, the light will remain on solid.
